• Pearl Glow Metallic Finish Acrylic Emulsion Paint is a premium water based acrylic emulsion that provides luxurious and pearl glow metallic finish to the surface.
• Pearl Glow Premium Acrylic Emulsion - Metallic Finish can be applied on interior and exterior walls, ceilings, columns and paintable wall coverings. It can be applied on stucco, asbestos and wooden surfaces.
• This is a water based and non-hazardous paint, free from toxic ingredients, lead, mercury, etc.

Surface preparation:

• Clean the surface thoroughly to render the surface free of previous paint coatings, loose particles, flaking, dust, dirt, oil, grease, etc., and wipe clean.

 

Directions for use:

• On well dried and cleaned surface apply a coat of appropriate Surfalac Primer, depending on the surface and allow drying for 6-8 hours
• Smoothen the surface by filling dents with thin coat of appropriate Surfalac Putty, depending on the surface and allow drying for minimum 8 hours
• For painting interior walls follow the standard procedure/practice applicable to premium emulsion. Rectify the undulations and sand the surface with Emery Paper 180 and wipe clean
• Apply second coat of appropriate Surfalac Primer and allow it to dry for 6-8 hours. Sand the surface with Emery 320 grade and wipe clean
• Apply a coat of Surfa Acrylic Emulsion thinning 1 liter of paint with 450-500 ml of clean potable water as a base coat and allow drying for 5-6 hours
• Apply 2-3 coats (as required) of Pearl Glow Metallic Finish thinning with 5-10% of clean potable water
• Apply with brush followed by roller application allowing 4-6 hours interval between coats
• For Designer Pattern/Finish transfer the paint to roller tray and apply one coat followed by an appropriate tool to create the desired design effect/pattern finish

 

Other information:

• Clean-up: Clean brushes, rollers and tools with warm soap water immediately after use
• Storage: Close tightly the container when not in use. Do not reuse the containers. Dispose of empty containers

• Rectify the undulations and smoothen the surface by applying thin coats of Surfa Acrylic Wall Putty allowing it to dry for 6-8 hours.
• Sand the surface with Emery Paper 320 and wipe it clean.
• Do not apply easy wash- premium emulsion directly over putty as that would lead to patchy appearance.
• On primed and puttied surface, apply 2 or 3 coats of EASY WASH Premium Emulsion thinned with 450/500ml of clean potable water for 1 liter of paint. Leave a gap of 3-4 hours between coats.
• To remove dirt, stain, from painted walls wash with water / mild soap solution (avoid detergent), after one month of painting.
• For base white, tinting if required must be done before thinning.
• Do not over thin.
• Stir well and strain before use.
• Contains no added lead, mercury or chromium compounds. Stir well and strain before use.

Galaxy Luxury Emulsion is a new environment friendly paint. It is low odour and low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds). Luxury Emulsion Paint, specially formulated to preserve the indoor air quality and to help reduce the incidence of respiratory and eye irritation. Paint is stain resistant, anti-bacterial and provides smooth, soft sheen and durable rich finish for interior walls.

Surface Preparation:

• Clean the surface thoroughly, sand with Emery Paper 180 to render surface free of loose particles, flakes, dust, dirt, oil, grease etc. and wipe clean. Ensure there is no fungus or moisture on the wall.
• On well dried and cleaned surface, apply a coat of Surfa Acrylic Cement Primer-Interior Water Based and allow to it dry for 6-8 hours.
• Rectify the undulation. Smoothen the surface by filling dents/cracks with thin coat of Surfa Acrylic Wall Putty and allow it to dry for minimum 6-8 hrs. Sand the surface with Emery Paper 180 and wipe it clean.
• Apply second coat of Surfa Acrylic Cement Primer-Interior-Water Based and allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. Sand the surface with Emery Paper 320 and wipe it clean.

Application:

• On well dried, cleaned, puttied and primed surface, apply 2/3 coats of surfa Galaxy- Luxury Emulsion thinned with 400ml of clean potable/municipal water for one litre of paint. Leave a gap of 4-6 hours between coats.
• Apply the paint by Brush/Roller or Spray.
• Dark shades may require additional coat for proper hiding.
• Do not apply surfa galaxy luxry emulsion Directly over putty as that would lead to patchy appreance
• For Base White Tinting if required, Must Be Done Before Thinning
• Do not over thin
• Stir Well and Strain Before use
• Removal of Stains/Dirt: To remove dirt/stains from painted walls, wash with water/mild soap solution (avoid detergents), after one month of painting (minimum). Tips Wipe the affected area with a clean and dry cloth to remove solid particles from the wall.
• For regular household stains like pencils, tea, coffee, etc., use 5% soap solution. For stains like turmeric, sketch pen, etc., use a mild dish wash solution (e.g. Pril vim liquid etc).
• For tough stains like pickle, shoe polish, crayons, oil etc., wipe the surface gently with sponge soaked with Mineral Terpentine.
• Do not use Liquid Bleach to remove stains.
• Use a soft cloth or sponge soaked with soap solution to remove stains- rubbing gently in a circular motion. Then, immediately wipe it with water using clean sponge to prevent stains from spreading.
• Once the stain is removed, wipe the wall with a clean dry cloth.
