Specifications:

• Drying Time: Under conditions of normal temperature and humidity recommended Dry Film Thickness (200 - 250 micron)
• Recm Dry Film Thickness: 200 - 250 microns. In case of big dents the putty should be filled in stages giving a coating of 200
• Packaging Size: 1Kg, 2Kgs, 10Kgs, 20Kgs & 35Kgs Tins.

Product Details:

SUREFILLER is a superior quality formulation which expands when it dries. SUREFILLER lodges itself securely inside cracks and holes so that it does not fall out and leaves the surface uniform. Nails and screws driven onto dried SUREFILLER will be held strongly as if in brick. SUREFILLER should be mixed with water for most applications.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
Add powder to water (not vice versa) till you get a thick homogenous paste suitable for application. (Apprx. proportion-1 volume of water :3 volumes of powder). Use only potable water.
FILLING:
• Large and small cracks or crevices in walls, floors, ceilings.
. Gaps around sinks, water pipes, baths, tiling and nail holes. • Splits, knot-holes, imperfection in wood works, joints in boards and paneling.
• Holes and cracks in furniture.
FIXING:
• New tiling.
Loose tiles
• Screws and nails on walls and all types of fixtures on walls and ceilings.
LEVELING Grain in hard wood before varnishing or polishing undulated rough surfaces. GLAZING PUTTY: Makes an ideal putty which will not crack or fall off. OTHER USES SUREFILLER can be used for repairing, moulding, making moulds and even for
sculptures and casts,
