Description:

Surfacem is A superior quality decorative waterproof cement paint and has been formulated to very high standards, specially structured to give the best results possible, on the surfaces recommended. Surfacem is based on white Portland Cement and additives that render ease of application and water repellency. Surfacem, while offering high quality standards, also offers a great deal of economy as compared to other leading brands.
