Surfa Anti Corrosive Epoxy Coating (Single Pack) is an epoxy resin based product specially formulated for metal surfaces. It has good anti-corrosive properties fortified with high-performance anti-corrosive pigments such as Red Oxide, Zinc Chrome and Zinc Phosphate etc. Provides tough coating and durable finish. The product is Lead-free.

Areas of Application:

• Ideal for application on metals for anti-Corrosive coating with high wear and abrasion resistance.

Surface Preparation:

• New Steel: Recommended abrasive blasting Sa 2.5 after degreasing and de-oiling of the surface. If steel is coated by primer clean the surface from oil, grease, dirt and moisture and any other foreign matter.

Maintenance:

• Remove oil, grease, dirt etc., with a detergent wash. Remove salty and other contaminants by high-pressure fresh water

Application Methodology:

Apply 2 coats giving an interval of 12 hours (preferably overnight). Mix 10-15 minutes before use.

Surfa Aluminium Paint is formulated with leafing aluminum paste and anti-corrosive medium in dual pack system. It produces a brilliant metallic finish with exceptional durability. It has a heat resistance upto 200°C.

Area of Application:

• Application on metals for anti-corrosive coating for all types of structural steel, metal sheets, bridges, oil/petrol storage tanks, transformers and lamp posts. (Can be augmented with solid colours to polychromatic metal finish).
• Clean the surface thoroughly to be free from dirt, oil, grease etc., by blast cleaning conforming to Sa 2.5. A coat of appropriate primer is recommended.

Mixing:

• Component "A" - Medium.
• Component "B" - Non-leafing aluminums paste.
• Mix 10 gms aluminium paste (Component B) in 90 ml of medium (Component A) to make 100 ml of aluminium paste standard paint. Maintain above ratio for good performance.
• Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes prior to use.
• Add GP Thinner is required.

Application:

• Apply 2 coats by brush or spray allowing 12 hours (preferably overnight) interval between coats.

• Keep Container tightly closed & not easily reach to children
• When applying, it is advisable to use proper protective equipment
• Harmful if swallowed, seek medical assistance

• Store in cool ventilated place
